Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning community for residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities include completing maintenance tasks, basic repairs, painting and refurbishing, HVAC support, preventative maintenance, and safety checks. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and daily building operations with opportunities for growth and benefits.

• Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures)
• Assist with painting and refurbishing projects
• Support HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks
• Maintain tools, equipment, and repair inventory
• Support carpet and floor care as needed
• Assist with suite make-ready preparation
• Follow OSHA, fire safety, and infection control standards
• Participate in emergency preparedness and fire drills
• Drive community vehicle as assigned

Pay Range:

18.65 - 23.45
