Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning community for residents, families, and team members in Redmond, WA. You will perform routine maintenance tasks, respond to work orders, and support preventive upkeep of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and fixtures.

The role emphasizes hands-on duties, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures)
• Assist with painting and refurbishing projects
• Support HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance

• Support carpet and floor care as needed
• Assist with suite make-ready preparation
• Follow OSHA, fire safety, and infection control standards
• Participate in emergency preparedness and fire drills
• Drive community vehicle as assigned

Pay Range:

23.75 - 29.80
