Lincoln Park Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for our residents. The role focuses on supporting HVAC and plumbing systems, coordinating inspections, and performing regular and emergency repairs to keep the building in top condition.

Responsibilities

• Monitor HVAC and plumbing systems
• Test and schedule inspections of fire protection, security, and plumbing systems, ensuring compliance
• Provide regular and emergency/unscheduled repairs throughout building
• Experience in maintenance areas such as Electricity, preventative maintenance, painting, HVAC, plumbing
• Maintain comfort, privacy, and dignity of our residents
