Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Prophetstown, IL to perform routine upkeep on a healthcare facility. You will handle painting, minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC work, and safety hazard mitigation.

Strong interpersonal skills and physical stamina are required to interact with staff and residents, complete administrative duties, and respond to emergencies while maintaining health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and health regulations.
• Good communication with employees and residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance duties including painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance.
• Apply preventative measures to reduce future problems and fix safety hazards.
• Keep building interior/exterior clean and report statuses to supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and respond to emergency calls.

• Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance
• Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems
• Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
• Interpersonal skills to interact with employees or residents of the building in a pleasant manner
• Physical stamina to handle a full shift of being active and working on the building
• Clean interior of the building, as well as machinery and equipment, and exterior of the building
• Complete administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to supervisor
• Comply with all safety and health regulations
• Keep inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and equipment, and report needs to supervisor
• Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs

Pay

From $15.00 - 17.00 per hour (Based on Ecxperience)
