Job Position: Maintenance Technician (Part-Time)

This position involves working 20-30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to and complete resident work orders, ensuring high-quality service and maximum resident satisfaction.
2. Perform tasks to prepare apartments for move-in as assigned.
3. Carry out general maintenance projects, including installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping maintenance.
4. Be knowledgeable of all property emergency, safety, and disaster plans and procedures.
5. Respond promptly to emergencies.
6. Maintain the office, shops, storage areas, and mechanical systems.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
