Laurel Parc is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our maintenance team in Beaverton, OR. You will assist with apartment repairs, routine upkeep, and preventative maintenance across 200+ units and common areas.

You will handle drywall, painting, light plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs, while efficiently turning apartments for new residents and maintaining organization of the workshop. Strong reading of work orders and clear communication with residents is essential.

This position will be responsible for assisting the maintenance staff with apartment repairs and general upkeep. This position is also responsible for maintenance tasks such as drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 8:00am- 4:30pmPay: $23.50 - $24.00Shift: Full TimeMain ResponsibilitiesProvides routine and preventative maintenance for our 200+ apartment units and other common areas.Completes work orders and maintains maintenance work shop and storage rooms.Performs apartment turns in a timely manner to properly prepare for new residents who will be joining our community.Language RequirementAll team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures.
