NHS Scotland is seeking a Maintenance Assistant (Band 3) for the Property Department - Estates Division, based at Perth Royal Infirmary with regular travel to other sites within Tayside.
The role requires recognised engineering or building related experience and a current CSCS Safe to work certificate or equivalent. You will act as a semi-skilled Maintenance Assistant to provide maintenance services and ensure safe operation of all systems.

An opportunity has arisen for the post of Maintenance Assistant based at Perth Royal Infirmary to work within the Perth & Kinross Area with regular travel and work at other sites within Tayside.
The post holder requires recognised engineering or building related experience with demonstrable ability to work on technical plant and hold a current Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Safe to work certificate or equivalent.
The post holder will act as a semi skilled Maintenance Assistant to provide maintenance services to meet the needs of the Estate service provision.
To install, repair and maintain equipment within all properties of the Organization in order that the equipment can carry out its intended purpose safely, and to ensure the smooth operation of the engineering and building systems within the Organisation.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Inductions standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
