Fresno Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support property operations by performing repairs and maintenance across plumbing, painting, light electrical, and light HVAC tasks. The role reports to the Maintenance Director and requires reliable team collaboration.
Responsibilities include completing work orders, preparing rooms for residents, and performing various repairs with attention to safety and quality. A valid Driver’s License and First Aid certification are preferred.

Maintenance Assistant duties include but not limited to facilitating the successful physical community operations by performing repairs and maintenance (plumbing, painting, light electrical, light HVAC, etc.) of the property that will promote a high sense of well-being and aesthetic appeal for residents, families and staff. This position will report to the Maintenance Director.
