Job summary

The Avenue at Lyndhurst, a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility operated by Progressive Quality Care, is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep the building safe, clean, and well-maintained. The role involves hands-on upkeep, following preventive maintenance schedules, and collaborating with staff to support residents.

Candidates should be reliable, able to lift up to 50 lbs, work well in a team, and participate in safety drills and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance; healthcare experience a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.
• Have dependable transportation and be a team player.
• Be able to assist with on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities
