Job summary

Arcadia Care is opening a new facility in the area and is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help plan, organize, and direct the Maintenance Department to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff. The role involves coordinating with departments and outside vendors to maintain property and utilities.

Responsibilities include supervising safety and fire protection programs, inspecting equipment, and ensuring proper supply control.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school education or its equivalent.
• Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems.
• Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
