Saber Health Group in Clayton, NC is seeking a part-time Maintenance professional to support the Life Safety Code compliance and upkeep of the facility. You will assist the Maintenance Director to ensure the physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are well-maintained in line with community policies and regulations.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in floor care and routine maintenance. Shifts: 1st; Wage: $17.00 per hour.

• Experience in floor care and routine maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community’s administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

• Experience in floor care and routine maintenance preferred.

Shift & Wage:

• Part-Time Opportunity Available

• Wage: $17.00 per hour
