Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the Life Safety Code compliance and upkeep of the facility’s physical plant, equipment, and utilities. You will help ensure safety standards and procedures are followed across the site.

The role is full-time, with schedules Monday–Friday, 8:30a–5:00p, in a skilled nursing environment that emphasizes compassionate patient care and teamwork. Wage is $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Director to ensure Life Safety Code compliance and upkeep of the physical plant.
• Maintain equipment, grounds and utilities in good working order per policies and procedures.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and standards of practice.
• Support facilities operations in accordance with administration guidelines.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community’s administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

Shift & Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available

• Occasional Weekends

• Wage: $21.00 per hour
