Job summary

Monroe Health & Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated Maintenance staff member to support the Life Safety Code compliance and upkeep of the facility. You will assist in maintaining the physical plant, equipment, and grounds while adhering to health and safety policies.

The role offers full-time hours, day shifts, and every other weekend. Wage ranges from $15.85 to $18.75 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
