Saber Healthcare Group in Virginia is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support the Maintenance Director in keeping our skilled nursing facility compliant with Life Safety Code and well-maintained facilities. This role covers the physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities, following health, sanitary and infection control policies and our community standards.

The Days shift offers competitive pay ($22.00–$27.00 per hour) with benefits such as PTO, healthcare and opportunities

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
