Job summary

American Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in Virginia to ensure residents have functioning equipment and to help maintain a safe, comfortable facility. You will collaborate with a team to support daily activities and address maintenance needs promptly.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, trade school certificate in a major trade, and at least two years in maintenance or related work. The role follows a M-F, 7am-3pm schedule with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Trade school certificate in one or more major trades; job experience may substitute.
• At least 2 years of maintenance, construction, or power plant experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow written and oral instructions.
