Qualifications

• Communication skills and active listening
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including possible unscheduled overtime and weekends
• Experience in painting, drywall, electrical, and plumbing work
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds and perform moderate to heavy physical effort
• Frequent walking or standing

Position Summary/Duties

• Assist with routine rounds to check maintenance zones, ensuring safety and quality, and report issues to the Administrator
• Check air conditioning, heating units, and other essential systems
• Perform daily repairs and inspections of equipment and facilities
• Coordinate maintenance activities to avoid disruptions to patient care and operations
• Be on call for emergencies
• Handle errands, freight, and heavy lifting as needed
• Maintain property, equipment, and grounds in good condition
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations through regular inspections
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience

Previous maintenance experience preferred.
