The Arboretum of Winnie in Arlington, TX is seeking a reliable Maintenance Assistant to help keep our facility safe and comfortable for residents and staff. You will perform routine tasks, assist with repairs, and support daily operations under the Maintenance Supervisor.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, clear communication, and teamwork, to ensure minimal downtime and a hazard-free environment across the property.

• Experience with HVAC systems, boilers and water systems.

Responsibilities
