Creative Solutions in Healthcare - West is seeking a dependable Maintenance Assistant to help keep the facility safe and comfortable for residents. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with minor repairs, and help maintain equipment in good working order.

The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor, emphasizing safety, reliability, and teamwork. This is a full-time position in El Paso, TX, with opportunities for preventive maintenance and timely issue reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, washers, dryers and emergency generators.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance principles.
• Clear communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned
• Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of facility equipment and tools
