Fivepointscs in College Station, TX, is seeking a dependable Maintenance Assistant to keep our facility safe and comfortable for residents and staff. You will perform routine tasks, assist with minor repairs, maintain grounds and equipment, and support the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HVAC, water systems, boilers, and emergency generators, plus a safety-focused, detail-oriented approach and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, washers/dryers, and emergency generators.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance concepts.
• Clear communication and teamwork.

• Ability to adapt to changing facility needs and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned.
