Job description

Completion of daily works orders, knowledge of basic hand tools, some groundskeeping. On call occasionally for emergency coverage. Looking for a hard working reliable individual to join our maintenance team. Must have valid NYS driver's license.

Responsibilities:

Daily Repairs and Upkeep:
Addressing routine maintenance issues, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC problems.
Inspections:
Regularly checking facilities and equipment for safety, upkeep, and appearance
Resident Room Preparation:
Preparing rooms for new residents and ensuring they are in good condition,
Equipment Maintenance:
Keeping essential equipment, medical equipment, and life safety systems, in good working order.
Reporting Issues:
Notifying administrators of any unusual or extraordinary circumstances, including maintenance needs and safety hazards.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhering to OSHA standards and company safety policies.
