POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds, and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state, and federal regulations. You will follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.
