Responsibilities Include:

The Maintenance Assistant plays a critical role in maintaining all physical plant assets on the property. Under limited direction, the Maintenance Assistant provides general service and repair work including: painting, minor plumbing, competent knowledge of the use and care of tools, sheet rock repair, etc. throughout the facility.
