• Assist with winter snow removal as needed
• Maintain fountains, irrigation systems, and vehicle maintenance where applicable

Rose Senior Living – Maintenance Assistant (As Needed)

Rose Senior Living is looking for a short-term part-time maintenance assistant to focus on floor cleaning and upkeep. Other related duties would be:

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs
• Receive service requests and response in a timely manner.
• Perform painting and refurbishing projects, as directed by supervisor.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, as directed by supervisor.
• Perform minor building and equipment repairs.
• Complete all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
• Assist, during winter, with snow removal efforts as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of fountains, pumping and filtration system, where appropriate.
• Perform maintenance on irrigation system (valves, timers and nozzles).
• Perform routine maintenance on all vehicles when assigned.

Maintain all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition

Base Pay Rate: $18-$21/ hour based on experience
