Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance duties, such as fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs
• Receive service requests and respond in a timely manner
• Perform painting and refurbishing projects, as directed by supervisor
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, as directed by supervisor
• Perform minor building and equipment repairs
• Complete all work in the order of priority set by supervisor
• Assist, during winter, with snow removal efforts as necessary
• Maintain cleanliness of fountains, pumping and filtration system, where appropriate
• Perform maintenance on irrigation system (valves, timers and nozzles)
• Perform routine maintenance on all vehicles when assigned

Rose Senior Living is looking for a short-term part-time maintenance assistant to focus on floor cleaning and upkeep. Other related duties would be:

Essential Job Functions:

• Receive service requests and response in a timely manner.

Base Pay Rate: $18-$21/ hour based on experience
