Canterbury Woods in Buffalo, NY is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to enhance our facilities team. This full-time role involves varied responsibilities including completing work orders, ensuring safety on grounds, and performing preventative maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders as assigned.
• Monitor buildings and grounds to ensure they are neat and safe.
• Assist in preventative maintenance of the building.

• Complete snow removal and salting of all walkways and parking areas as needed.
• Perform landscaping of garden beds and grass areas as needed, including cutting, weeding, and watering.
• Provide safe and reliable transportation for residents as needed.
