Broken Bow Health and Rehab is seeking a dependable Maintenance Worker to help keep our campus safe and welcoming. You will perform grounds care, assist with building upkeep, and respond to routine repair needs across the property.

From lawn care to basic repairs and safety checks, you will help maintain curb appeal and ensure contingency readiness for emergencies. A High school diploma or GED is required, with preferred grounds maintenance experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred for the role.
• Experience with grounds maintenance and general upkeep is desirable.
• Familiarity with basic maintenance/repair procedures is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Assists in the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and grounds as directed
• Conducts regular inspections of the life safety systems as directed
• Oversees necessary repairs and maintenance in apartments and common areas including refurbishment for move-ins
• Ensures the outside of the property is maintained for safety and curb appeal
• Maintains inventory control for general supplies, parts, and equipment for necessary repairs and maintenance
• Responds appropriately to resident or community maintenance emergencies
