Job summary

The Advocate of East Boston is seeking a part-time Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Director in keeping the facility's grounds and interiors clean, safe, and functional. The role offers growth potential toward a full-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities include general repairs, safety checks, and installation of equipment as needed; applicants should have basic plumbing, heating, and electrical skills and SNF/LTC experience. Vaccinations may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of basic plumbing, heating & electrical work.
• Must have SNF/LTC experience.
• Must be fully vaccinated.
• Previous maintenance experience.
• 5+ years experience in industrial maintenance and building repair.
