Job summary

Qualifications

LifePath also operates licensed community mental health centers and outpatient psychiatric clinics open to the broader public. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Assistant role based in bethlehem, PA. The Maintenance Assistant will support the upkeep, safety, and functionality of LifePath facilities and equipment, including routine inspections and minor repairs. Daily responsibilities may include assisting with building repairs, performing basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, and supporting preventive maintenance schedules. The role involves responding to maintenance requests, coordinating with vendors as needed, and ensuring that common areas, resident spaces, and program sites are clean, safe, and compliant with organizational standards. The Maintenance Assistant will work closely with the maintenance supervisor , facilities Manager and program staff to prioritize tasks and minimize disruptions to services.
