Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in industrial settings.
• Electrical troubleshooting with motors, sensors, relays, and control circuits.
• Experience with automation components such as VFDs and safety circuits.
• Knowledge of TMP techniques.
• Familiarity with SAP PM/maintenance modules.
• Strong safety awareness and LOTO knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plans equipment Preventive Maintenance schedules, shutdowns, and repairs with management.
• Controls equipment downtime, MTTR, MTBF, and housekeeping improvements.
• Produces daily and monthly activity reports.
• Maintains accuracy of materials and spare parts for items under repair.
• Executes Time-Based Maintenance in SAP.
• Reports results and improvement plans for maintenance activities.
• Collaborates with Engineering for new equipment installation.
• Reviews and supports maintenance of equipment, with weekly/monthly reports.
• Supports troubleshooting for equipment failures and creates repair manuals.
• Develops training plans and coordinates departmental training needs.
• Maintains PPE per OSHA and Mobis Alabama standards, promotes safety.
