Qualifications

• Strong organizational, planning and scheduling skills.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, pipefitting, electrical, instrumentation, and facility maintenance practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control and purchasing processes.
• Understanding of OSHA and workplace safety requirements.

• Create, assign, and monitor work orders to ensure timely completion of maintenance requests.

• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs, inspections, and maintenance projects.
• Assist in troubleshooting efforts by gathering information, documenting issues, and supporting maintenance personnel in identifying root causes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of preventive maintenance programs.

The Maintenance Area Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities within the plant production area assigned.
