Niagara Bottling is seeking a Maintenance Apprenticeship Program participant in Jupiter, FL. This full-time paid role develops maintenance technicians through classroom and on‑the‑job training, focusing on preventive maintenance, machinery rebuilds, and troubleshooting across our facilities.
The program starts with hands-on shadowing, PM scheduling, and project support, with safety as a priority. Minimum high school diploma; associate degree and vocational certificate preferred.

Maintenance Apprenticeship Program (full‑time/paid) – Jupiter, FL. Starting June 2027!
The Maintenance Apprentice position is part of the Maintenance Apprenticeship Program (MAP), which is designed to develop Maintenance Technicians for Niagara Bottling’s Maintenance department. A Maintenance Apprentice will learn the skills necessary to act as a Maintenance Technician through a combination of formal classroom training and on‑the‑job training. Participants will specifically learn how to perform preventative maintenance, rebuild industrial machinery and troubleshooting techniques on all manufacturing equipment.
Pay rate: $31/hr.
