Job summary

Wesley Living is seeking a Maintenance Apprentice for Wesley Highland Meadows in Memphis, TN. This full-time, regular 40-hour-per-week role pays $14.00 per hour and supports a team maintaining electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems in a senior living community.

You will learn on the job while helping ensure safe, dignified, and comfortable homes for residents, with opportunities to grow skills and participate in a supportive benefits program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance team across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Contribute to keeping Wesley Highland Meadows safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for residents.
• Learn and apply basic maintenance skills in a senior living community.
• Support completing tasks with diligence and respect for residents.
