Job summary

Alloy Precision Technologies in Mentor, OH, is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems and production equipment. You will diagnose mechanical issues, determine root causes, and implement repairs while coordinating with leadership to prioritize daily maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate has a strong base in maintenance, training or certifications in PLCs, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or welding, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) with a broad maintenance skillset.
• Added advantage: PLCs, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Welding certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks with hand and power tools.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to identify root causes and fixes.
• Coordinate maintenance programs and daily priorities with leadership.
• Monitor equipment condition and operations effectiveness across the facility.
• Support production activities and, when needed, operate the company van.
• Model safe, technically sound practices and communicate respectfully with teammates.
