Main Responsibilities

• Technical and managerial oversight of the Maintenance and Facility Management departments
• Ensure availability of all machinery and equipment, including central utility systems (power, ventilation, plumbing, compressed air, vacuum, and supplies of cooling lubricants and polishing agents)
• Analyze malfunctions and develop sustainable corrective measures
• Establish a preventive maintenance system
• Act as point of contact for external service providers, government agencies, and authorities
• Prepare and manage departmental budget, considering make or buy decisions
• Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of the infrastructure
• Lead renovation projects and structural changes
• Ensure compliance with all legal regulations
• Willingness to work occasional weekends

Requirements
