Advantage Technical is seeking a Maintenance and Facilities Technician in Newport Beach, CA. The role offers a pay rate of $31.00-$35.00/hour with a Monday-Friday schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, and training on the first shift (7:00 AM-3:30 PM) for 90 days. This temporary opportunity emphasizes hands-on work to keep critical building systems running.

You will perform HVAC and facility maintenance, repairs, and inspections while building your maintenance career in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HVAC systems knowledge and experience with maintenance tasks.
• Experience maintaining electrical, doors, floors, and facility assets.
• Ability to read and complete basic maintenance reports.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a hands-on environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain electrical, HVAC, heating, and cooling systems.
• Perform facility repairs including doors, floors, docks, overhead doors, roof drainage systems, and storage racks.
• Repair and maintain material handling equipment and other facility assets.
• Complete maintenance reports and documentation.
• Respond to security alarm calls as needed.
• Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and scissor lifts (training provided).
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
