Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Dallas cold storage facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and improve mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems, with hands-on work on ammonia refrigeration equipment essential to daily operations.

Experience with ammonia refrigeration is required or strongly preferred. You will perform preventive maintenance, document activities, and work with safety standards in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or trade school training in facility, equipment, or refrigeration maintenance (ammonia).
• Hands-on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems preferred.
• Ammonia refrigeration certifications (e.g., RETA, IIAR) are a plus.
• Skilled with hand and power tools; basic computer proficiency.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in cold or warm environments (-20°F to 100°F).
• Flexible availability, including weekends or overtime as needed.

1st Shift M-F Keep Our Operations Running, Safely and Smoothly

At Lineage, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the equipment and systems that keep our cold storage facilities running 24/7. As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and improve the mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems that power our operation - including hands‑on work with industrial ammonia refrigeration systems essential to our success.
