Central Kansas Mental Health Center is seeking a Maintenance and Custodial Specialist to join their team in Salina, Kansas. The role includes general cleaning of common areas, responding to maintenance requests, and performing grounds maintenance tasks. This is a full-time position with a schedule from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday.

CKMHC is growing and looking for a Maintenance and Custodial Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the common areas, painting, changing filters, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing restrooms, and breakrooms.
• Responding to maintenance helpdesk tickets.
• Secondary tasks such as grounds maintenance – trimming hedges and trees, weeding landscape areas, cleaning snow from walkways, and spreading ice melt.
• Cleaning three campus buildings daily Monday–Friday.
