The Salvation Army USA Eastern Territory is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Custodian for the Catherine Booth Residence, L.P. in Cincinnati to perform daily repairs, cleaning, and grounds upkeep, including mowing, snow removal, and responding to alarms.
The role reports to the Maintenance Facilities Manager/Administrator and requires a high school diploma, safety awareness, and the ability to work with older or disabled residents. It demands independent work and flexibility for emergencies.

Function: The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Technician/Custodian is to perform daily work order repairs, preventative maintenance tasks, regular maintenance tasks, in addition to the proper cleaning and grounds upkeep of the building and surrounding property. This will also include mowing, weed eating and snow removal. Other duties include apartment reconditioning, responding to emergencies alarms (medical, fire and security) and other tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Facilities Manager or Administrator.
