• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to perform physical and technical duties in a controlled cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Support 24/7 cleanroom operations as part of a 12-hour AWS.
• Follow and enhance safety protocols when working with hazardous gases and chemicals.
• Actively participate in the HazMat / Emergency Response Team.
• Operate and maintain environmental abatement and waste treatment systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on facility and abatement equipment.
• Execute advanced troubleshooting during unplanned equipment downtime.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure systems meet quality and reliability expectations.
• Maintain strong commitment to continuous learning and technical skill growth.
• Work at heights, stand/walk for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Safely use PPE, including air-purifying respirators, while working around hazardous chemicals.
• Communicate clearly, work well in cross-functional teams, and lead small projects when needed.

Location: Fort Collins, CO
Pay: $26–$30/hour (DOE)
Shift: D Shift - Nights -(Thurs/Fri/Sat/every other Wednesday)
Time:6pm - 6am
Type:Manpower Contract Supporting Broadcom (Potential to Convert Long‑Term)
