Job summary

The Salvation Army in Memphis, TN is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician to perform general facility upkeep at the ARC-MEMPHIS ARC WAREHOUSE. You will handle minor electrical, plumbing, painting and related tasks to prevent future issues, while ensuring work follows established policies and regulations.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of relevant experience. A valid State driver’s license is required for this role.

General knowledge and the ability to perform general maintenance related to the facilities including but not limited to: minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and minor facilities maintenance. Ensures maintenance activities operate within established policies and procedures and local state and federal regulations.

Qualifications: Education and Experience

High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred, and two years of experience repairing minor electrical/plumbing and facilities issues or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
