Job summary

The Salvation Army in Miami, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the ARC-Miami center. You will participate in maintaining facilities, perform preventative maintenance, and handle routine repairs.

Job Location: ARC-MIAMI ARC - Miami, FL 33127, Position Type: Full Time Regular, Salary Range: $22.00 - $22.00 Hourly, Job Category: Property, Participates in the maintenance of center facilities performing preventative maintenance to reduce future problems. General knowledge and the ability to perform general maintenance related to the facilities including but not limited to: minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and minor facilities maintenance. Ensures maintenance activities operate within established policies and procedures and local state and federal regulations.

Qualifications: Education and Experience

High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred, and two years of experience repairing minor electrical/plumbing and facilities issues or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
