Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels is seeking a housekeeping supervisor to lead daily operations in guest rooms and public areas. You will portray the iconic Aloha spirit, supervise housekeeping staff, and ensure service excellence in accordance with company policies.

The position requires two years of supervisory experience in housekeeping and a strong guest-service mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of supervisory experience in housekeeping.
• Strong service orientation and ability to work with others.
• Able to work flexible days and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping and public area operations.
• Coach and supervise assigned housekeeping staff.
• Ensure adherence to Outrigger policies and procedures while maintaining high guest service standards.

Job Duties

Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. Assist in the administration of the housekeeping department with supervision and coaching of assigned staff. Responsible for the day-to-day housekeeping and operations in the guest rooms and public areas.

Two (2) years of previous supervisory experience required, within the Housekeeping department preferred. Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service oriented attitude and able to work well with others.
