To provide students and faculty with a safe, attractive comfortable and clean place in which to learn and teach.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in performing a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to, plumbing, minor electrical, painting, carpentry, welding, and all building maintenance.
• Ability to read basic operating instructions and write reports.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

All recommendations for hire are tentative offers. Employment is contingent upon board approval, and successful completion of a federal background check and drug-free workplace pre-employment screening.
