Salary Range: $28.00 To $30.00 Hourly

About the Role:

The Maintenance position is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of facilities and equipment within our organization. The primary goal of this role is to perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery and infrastructure. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they escape, thereby supporting a safe and productive work environment. The Maintenance professional will collaborate closely with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and respond promptly to urgent repair needs. Ultimately, this position contributes significantly to operational continuity and cost savings by maintaining high standards of equipment reliability and facility upkeep.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in maintenance work, including mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems.
  • Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety procedures related to maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical certification or vocational training in maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or related fields.
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts if necessary.
