Aperture Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Lead for its hotel properties to oversee maintenance of guest rooms and building systems, ensuring a safe and comfortable guest experience. The role involves hands-on repairs, preventive maintenance, and coordination with other departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to work with minimal supervision, and adapt to shift schedules in a hospitality setting. Prior maintenance experience in hotels is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair case goods such as nightstands, beds, desks and dressers.
• Perform painting, caulking and plumbing tasks.
• Repair PTAC units/air conditioners and related equipment.
• Clean carpets, linens, walls, and common areas as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Assist other departments as needed to ensure guest comfort.
• Maintain inventories and keep accurate records of repairs.
• Follow hotel security guidelines and safety procedures.

Maintenance Technician responsibilities include all aspects of maintaining the physical status of the property. You will address any maintenance issues in the rooms or to the building itself including machinery, air conditioning units, refrigerators, etc.… Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us.

Essential Functions

• Repair case goods such as nightstands, beds, desks and dressers
• Painting, caulking, plumbing issues
• Repair PTAC units/air conditioners
• Clean carpets, linens, walls as needed
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Assist other departments as needed
• Clean common areas, restrooms, and hallways as directed
• Maintain inventory and keep accurate records of repairs
• Follow hotel security guidelines
• Get permission from supervisor or manager before clocking out

Education, Experience, Other Requirements
