Job summary

Aperture Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical status of the property and address issues in guest rooms and building systems. You will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us.

Responsibilities include repairing furniture, HVAC units, plumbing, and performing preventative maintenance while maintaining inventory and adhering to security guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Repair case goods such as nightstands, beds, desks and dressers
• Painting, caulking, plumbing issues
• Repair PTAC units/air conditioners
• Clean carpets, linens, walls as needed
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Assist other departments as needed
• Clean common areas, restrooms, and hallways as directed
• Maintain inventory and keep accurate records of repairs
• Follow hotel security guidelines
• Get permission from supervisor or manager before clocking out

Maintenance Technician responsibilities include all aspects of maintaining the physical status of the property. You will address any maintenance issues in the rooms or to the building itself including machinery, air conditioning units, refrigerators, etc.… Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us.
