Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Available 7am–7pm plus 2–3 on-call shifts weekly.
  • Be willing to learn and take direction.
  • Physically able to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.
  • Prior maintenance knowledge is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on guestrooms, buildings, and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, then repair promptly to minimize guest dissatisfaction.
  • Paint, drywall repair, carpentry, exterior maintenance.
  • Fix plumbing leaks and clogs, lighting and electrical issues.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventories.
  • Check and maintain pool chemistry.
  • Ensure safety, brand, and company policy compliance.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests timely.
  • Coordinate maintenance with other departments to minimize disruption.
