Job summary

Topbrassdallas is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. This role requires detail orientation, proactivity, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

The Maintenance Technician will perform routine inspections, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/plumbing issues, keep accurate maintenance records, and assist with new equipment installations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., HVAC, electrical) are a plus.
