Job summary

Elite Building Services is seeking a full-time Field Maintenance Technician to join our team serving Western Massachusetts and North-Central Connecticut. Travel within a 50-mile radius is required, and typical hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, with occasional evenings and weekend work for emergencies.

You will perform commercial maintenance, install shades, hang curtains, handle minor plumbing and electrical tasks, and assemble office furniture, with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year maintenance/handyman experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.

About the Role:

Elite Building Services is looking to hire a full-time Field Maintenance Technician to work in the region of Massachusetts and Connecticut. (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. Candidate must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

NOTE: Some evening and weekend work may be required for emergency work.

This position requires regular travel to customer locations throughout Western Massachusetts and North-Central Connecticut. Candidates must be comfortable traveling within a 50-mile radius service area that includes the Springfield, MA and Hartford, CT metropolitan regions. Company vehicle will be provided plus gas card, tools & materials will be provided during work hours.
