Job description

Responsible for assisting the Maintenance team in performing a variety of basic skills involved in the upkeep of buildings and grounds, including lodging, retail stores, restaurants and housing.

Responsibilities:

● Receive and complete work orders, in a timely and efficient manner, as required by Maintenance Department policies and procedures. Must assist in the completion, tracking and reporting of workorders.

● Perform assigned maintenance and mechanical duties for buildings and associated facilities, furnishings and equipment as requested

● Capable of “hands on repairs” in most maintenance disciplines

● Comply with all safety policies and procedures including when lifting, climbing, etc.

● Be available to assist other team members with maintenance related tasks

● Polite, knowledgeable and timely customer service when responding to visitor inquiries

● Understand the Company’s ISO (Environmental & Quality) management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas

● Other duties per Duties Checklist and as assigned
